MEET THE CAST:
Becca Groner, Ensemble
A native New Yorker, Becca moved to Nashville in 2017 after studying improv at Upright Citizens Brigade and going to a liberal arts college in Boston on the side. Becca performs with Buddy System and Carol, hosts Lady Bits improv jams, and commentates on improv in Play by Play. She is bad at opening jars and good at collecting them. |
Brooks Alford, Ensemble
Born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Brooks moved to Nashville to avoid going to the University of Alabama (it's like the 13th grade when you grow up there!). He cut his teeth on improv with the Vanderbilt group Tongue 'N' Cheek and has since studied improv at UCB NYC and Third Coast. He can be manipulated easily with compliments and food. |
Clark Davis, Ensemble
Clark is from Clarksville. That is a fact and not lazy writing. Clark has been acting in community theater since his early teens where he was first exposed to improv. Clark has predominately written and produced sketch shows with the groups Average Sized Men and Teeny Weeny Media and now he regularly performs improv in an attempt to synergize the two skill sets. Clark is from Clarksville. |
Haley Johnson, Ensemble
Haley hails from the great city of Green Bay, Wisconsin and has been performing improv in various forms for the past 4 years. Originally from a traditional theatre background, she is self-described "theatre trash" and loves the challenge that improv brings. She is excited to be performing with Third Coast and seeing how many musical references she can make in rehearsals before she gets kicked out. |
Jeb Bishop, Ensemble
Jeb is from around here and started coming to Third Coast to be a better Dungeon Master. Results pending, but this improv thing is going great too. Favored topics to distract him from his imposter syndrome engendered by being part of this amazing ensemble include practical special effects, monster movies, puppets, and role-playing games |
Kirsten Jacobson, Ensemble
Kirsten is a lawyer, but don’t worry, she uses her powers for good not evil. She started taking improv classes at Third Coast in the fall of 2018 because she loves learning new things and being a little weird, and now she loves improv too! In her free time Kirsten enjoys cooking without a recipe and fully believes that her coffee mug is correct: she IS the "#1 Dog Mom."

Leah Nobel, Ensemble
Hailing from hot and crusty Phoenix, Arizona, Leah got her acting start as a kid. Her first gig was a mattress commercial that paid her in pizza instead of money. She is an alumni of ColdTowne Theater in Austin, Texas and a salt & vinegar potato chip enthusiast. She moved to Nashville in 2015 for her music career, but likes improv because it is pressure-free and fun as heck. |
Mick Khoury, Ensemble

Rachel Wilson, Ensemble
By day, she's a supervisor at a mid-sized claims processing company. By night, she's still that... but like, also she does comedy. Rachel Wilson made her improv debut in 2018 on the cast of the Third Coast Lab. More recently, she can be found keeping games short and sweet on the cast of Buddy System, or letting her freak flag fly with her fellow Ponies. When she isn't trying to make people laugh, she enjoys cuddling with her dog, watching Japanese reality TV, and eating eggs prepared various ways. |
Sophia Sutton, Ensemble
And standing in this corner, at a whopping 4 foot 11 inches, the human form of you know, like when you make a super dope bowl of cereal and you go to pour the milk out but there isn't any because your mom is working two jobs since dad left and she didn't have time to go to the grocery store again. Except the milk is lactose-free. You get it. Sophia is an actress, dog mother, Huntsville, AL native, and Timothée Chalamet enthusiast. She's new to this improv thing but she's doing her best, mostly because she can't stop saying weird stuff and likes when it makes people laugh. |
